www.peggsandson.com is the new website from Peggs & son, Brightons finest independent menswear store. 

Peggs & Son (formerly Minky) opened its doors at the turn of 2000 in the backstreets of Brighton with one aim- to provide quality clothing for men with a sense of style and direction.  

Drawing on the traditions of British youth movements from the last 5 decades, clothing for us is a passion. We are inspired by design classics and, if we love what a designer is doing then you will see them in-store. Simple. 

At the end of 2007 we moved to the posh end of town, into the heart of Brighton’s historic Lanes to bring our unique style to the attention of a wider local audience. Now, we would like to introduce ourselves to you, the worldly wise. 

Highlights from this summers collections include handmade shoes from Northamptons’ finest, Tricker’s (if they are good enough for architect bothering Prince Charles then they are good enough for us), super limited shirting and jackets from design legend Kenneth McKenzie’s 6876,t- shirts made from the finest Japanese jersey from Passarella Death Squad, casual clothing from Folk and NYC based design collective Nom De Guerre and denim from Nudie Jeans, Edwin and PRPS.
