    Christmas Shipping & Returns

    Christmas Return Policy

    We know that buying gifts for other people can often be a task fraught with difficulty. Getting the sizing and style right can be hard, so that’s why we have made it even easier to return items over the Christmas period. 

    Any online order placed up to and including 2pm on the 24th December can be returned for an exchange or full refund as long as the goods are received back in store by the 4th of January. Orders after this date are subject to our regular returns policy that can be viewed here.


    Store Opening Times

    To enable us to consume as much alcohol and eat as much food as humanly possible, we will be closed for a couple of days over the festive period. Don’t worry though, we are open until the evening of Christmas Eve for those who like to leave it to the last minute. Here are our opening times over the festive period:


    23rd Dec and before: Open as usual

    Christmas Eve: Open as usual

    Christmas Day: Closed

    Boxing Day: Closed

    27th Dec: Open as usual

    28th Dec: Open as usual

    29th Dec: Open as usual

    30th Dec: 1Open as usual

    31st Dec: Open as usual

    1st Jan: Closed

    2nd Jan onwards: Open as usual


    Christmas Shipping Dates:

    We know that present buying is a task often left to the last minute. We want to do everything we can to make sure your delivery arrives before the big day. Here are a list of the latest order times in order to make sure that nobody is disappointed come Christmas morning.


    UK – 20th December by 2pm

    EU – 13th December by 2pm

    Russia – 5th December by 2pm

    Rest of the world: 8th December by 2pm


    Click & Collect:

    We also offer a Click & Collect service throughout the festive period and beyond. Place your order on our website via credit/debit card by 2pm on the 23rd of December and you can collect from our Brighton store any time up until we close on Christmas Eve. You will need to bring with you the card you paid with, a copy (digital or physical) of your invoice and a form of photo ID (driving license or passport). PLEASE BRING THESE THREE ITEMS TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT.
