    - All orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday will be shipped the same day

    ^ - Guaranteed next day delivery on orders placed before 2pm Monday - Thursday. We cannot guarantee next day/Saturday delivery on orders placed after 2pm Thursday unless the Saturday delivery option is chosen. Orders placed after 2pm Friday will be sent Monday. Please choose the best option for you to avoid disappointment/overspending on shipping.  

    * - During SALE periods all purchases will be charged at regions flat rate delivery.

    DELIVERY TIMES

    All orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday will be shipped the same day. We do not ship at weekend or Bank Holidays. Please use the table above for delivery times and rates. There may be circumstances beyond our control which could cause delays and in such circumstances we will try to contact you via email or telephone.

     

    REFUNDS/EXCHANGE POLICY

    -Purchases made online are governed by UK distance selling regulations and the returns policy is different to in-store purchases.

    -All online orders (both UK and international) have 14 days to return any items for a full refund. 

    -All goods are sent with a returns form. If you wish to return the goods, please enclose the form indicating if you wish for a refund or an exchange.

    -Items must be unworn, unwashed and must have all labels and packaging intact. Please be careful that any aftershave or body spray worn does not leave any marks or trace of scent.

    -The return is your responsibility until it reaches us so we recommend using a delivery service that is insured and trackable. For UK costumers we suggest Royal Mail’s First Class Signed For service.

    -All refunds exclude shipping costs unless we have made a mistake or the item is faulty.

    -If you wish to exchange an item simply return as above with the returns form enclosed. Feel free to email us at the store on shop@peggsandson.com or call us on 01273 711847 in order for us to hold any item you require while we await your package.

    -International customers must clearly mark all packaging/customs forms as 'RETURNED GOODS' to avoid any customs charges. All taxes and customs charges are your respnisibility.
