Shipping and Returns
Delivery Times
We aim to provide delivery next day before 13.00 for all orders made before 14.00 within mainland Britain and within 7 working days within the European Union and 14 days for deliveries to other countries (though it is usually much quicker). However, there may be circumstances beyond our control which could cause delays and in such circumstances we will try to contact you via email or telephone.

Returns policy
U.K. Mainland orders:
All U.K. Mainland orders placed on peggsandson.com will have 7 working days after receipt to return any items which are not required for a full refund. Items must not be worn and have all labels and packaging intact. We do not accept returns after 7 days.
E.U. International Orders:
All E.U. International Orders placed on peggsandson.com will have 14 working days from receipt to return any items which are no longer wanted, for a full refund. E.U. International customers will have 21 WORKING days to receive a credit note or exchange. We no longer accept anything after 21 working days have expired.
Non-E.U. International Orders:
All Non-E.U. International Orders placed on peggsandson.com will have 14 working days from receipt to return any items which are no longer wanted, for a full refund. Non-E.U. International customers will have 21 WORKING days to receive a credit note or exchange. We no longer accept anything after 21 working days have expired.
Returning Your Item
How to return your item
1. Pack your merchandise in appropriate packaging.
2. Return with enclosed invoice and make a note of your wishes regarding change of size/ refund etc.
3. Insure your package for the full value of the merchandise and return it to us using the appropriate trackable mail such as Royal Mail special delivery.
4. Check your e-mail. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.
Exchanging Your Item
1. Please e-mail shop@peggsandson.com or give us a call on 01273 711847 to arrange for an exchange. We will process your return and place an exchange order on hold in your name.
2. Pack your merchandise in appropriate packaging.
3. Enclose the invoice with a note of the exchange required.
4. Insure your package for the full value or the merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice.
5. Check your e-mail. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.
6. Once your package is received, we will apply the credit from your return to your new order and ship it to you.
We will notify you via e-mail once your return processed. This can take up to 14 days. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately 7 business days to reflect this transaction and credit your account. Please allow 14 days for us to credit your card.
* The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please contact shop@peggsandson.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
*Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
