Returns
Purchases made online are governed by UK distance selling regulations and the returns policy is different to in store purchases.
From receipt of your online order, you have 14 days to return any unwanted item for a refund, credit or exchange. All returned items must be unworn, have all original labels intact (including swing ticket/stick on labels/and additional tags) and be returned in the original packaging. Any items that are spoiled by aftershave or body spray in any manner will not be accepted.
Returned items received after 14 days will not be accepted.
To start the returns process, you will need your order number (begins #106, please include the hashtag) and the email address used when you placed your order.
Please enter our Returns Portal by clicking the button at the top of this page. Complete all the steps in the portal, choosing either a refund or an exchange, and then package the unworn/unwashed item(s) up neatly in the original packaging. Please remember to include all swing tags as a refund cannot be issued without these.
If you opted for a print at home return sticker, please attach this to the package and drop off at your nearest dispatch location. If you chose the no printer QR code option, please head to your nearest Post Office and show the QR code to a member of staff to receive your return postage sticker. Please adhere this to the package and dispatch.
The return delivery charge of £3.95 will be deducted from your final refund amount.
When the return shipment has arrived back with us, we will inspect the contents and issue a refund/credit/exchange within two working days of receipt. A confirmation of this refund/credit will be sent via email, please also keep an eye on your spam/junk folders.
If you opted for an exchange, this will be shipped on receipt and inspection of your return and tracking will then follow via email.

FAULTY/INCORRECT ITEMS
In the unfortunate event your order arrives with damaged or incorrect goods, please contact the us via email (shop@peggsandson.com) on the day of receipt.
Please provide your order number and images of the issue so we may assist in resolving any concerns.

Please mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS' to avoid any customs charges. The cost of returning an order is the responsibility of the customer. All taxes and customs charges are the customer's responsibility.

We will gladly exchange full-price non-faulty merchandise within 28 days of purchase, provided items are unworn, unmarked and a proof of purchase can be produced. After 28 days we will only exchange for the current retail value.
We regret we are unable to refund non-faulty merchandise. In the event you cannot find a suitable exchange, we will happily issue a credit note that will be valid for six months.
Please note that non-faulty SALE goods cannot be exchanged or refunded.
We have an extended returns policy in place for online purchases made between 21/11/24 and 21/12/214. Online orders placed between these two dates will have until 2/1/25 to return for a refund. Orders returned from 2/1/25 to 16/1/25 will be entitled to a store credit. Orders returned after 16/1/25 will not be accepted.
