Please note that some customers from the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland will have their orders shipped via Royal Mail due to prohibitively high DPD shipping rates.

UK DELIVERY TIMES

We dispatch seven days a week the exception of Bank Holidays (Royal Mail orders will be shipped Monday to Friday).

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 1pm on the same day, but this may not happen in busy times such as sale and promotional periods.

We will ensure that all items leave in a quick, timely manner, with priority given to customers who have chosen Express Delivery options. If you need your shipment by a certain date, we strongly suggest you opt for a Express Delivery option.

There may be circumstances beyond our control which could cause delays and in such circumstances we will aim to contact you about the delay.

CLICK & COLLECT

Orders placed via Click & Collect are to be collected from our store in Brighton. After purchase, and before attending the store, you will be contacted via email and informed that your order is ready for collection.

IMPORTANT:


Only the person whose name is on the credit/debit card can collect the order. Please remember to bring photographic ID (passport/driver’s license) and the credit/debit card used to pay for the order with you.

The Click & Collect point is outside our offices at 5 Duke Street (directly opposite the main shop, next to The Victory Inn). When you arrive at the collection point, please phone 01273958630 and have your ID and credit/debit card ready, someone will meet you with your order.

CLICK & COLLECT RETURNS PERIOD:

Your 14 day returns period begins once you have been informed that your order is ready for collection.

UK DELIVERY ISSUES

If you find there has been an error with delivery please inform us right away. We will make contact with the courier on your behalf.

We must be informed of any issues faced with delivery within a 10 days after dispatch of an order. Outside of this period may prevent a solution being reached.

Should you open an investigation with DPD or Royal Mail you shall find that in the later stages of the process you will be referred to contact us as the sender. This may result in a delay reaching a solution and we may need to start the process over again.

If you have ordered footwear and the branded box arrives dented but the shoes/trainers themselves are fine, we do not consider the product as damaged.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders have their total landed costs displayed at checkout. This means there will be no extra duties, taxes or handling to be paid when the shipment arrives.

We dispatch international orders Monday through Friday. We do not dispatch at weekends or Bank Holidays. We will do our best to ship orders within 48 hours of them being placed, but sometimes due to limited working capacity there may be a small delay.

A shipment that is cancelled by a customer whilst in transit will have the cost of the return shipping, plus the original shipping cost, deducted from the final refund amount.
